I have a P320 X-Five with Romeo 1, a full size Sig P320 RX and a Trijicon RMR (3.25) MOA (currently not mounted on a handgun though) and I can only speak for myself that the Trijicon seems a sturdier optic. As far as "aging" eyes I have an easier time shooting "groups" with a red dot optic than without.
