In tutorial - Ethiopia has been defeated in Tutorial Step 10, but still can't move to Step 11 - as the "Battle Plan" is not executed. How to execute it still remains a mystery,,,I just git the clock running and Ethiopia fell, but the tutorial got me stack there. Yes, the tutorial sucks.
