Gpu memory junction temperature not showing

WebGpu never gets above 51 C but now that I’ve updated HwInfo64 it shows memory junction temp at 112 C. Ambient room temperature is not hot. I have ordered some thermal pads to attempt to place them on the memory on the backplate and am confident I can do that. Does anyone have any advice or info on this? Will this help with temps?
