WebFoundry has a mod for almost everything, and 99% of mod creators update on the regular. It's also a cheaper one time purchase than a year's worth of Roll20 subscriptions (if you like dynamic lighting and more space) and definitely cheaper than Fantasy Grounds's one time purchase. That said, for free, you can't beat Roll20. WebWe do an export to Fantasy Grounds Unity with line of sight built in, and we plan on doing the same for Foundry. We've also got video export up and running, which will be imported into Foundry with line of sight, so you'll be able to have video backgrounds with audio built in put straight into FVTT.
WebFeb 23, 2024 · Foundry especially offers light cones and copy & paste of light sources. It does not offer changing multiple lights at once, though, which FGU does. Theoretically you could emulate copy & paste via layer duplication in FGU, but merging layers doesn't seem to be offered (and UNDO of light layers fails, while undo of wall layers works).
