WebPete has been a CIPFA member for over 30 years, and a Section 151 officer for 14 years. He has since retired as Head of Finance at Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council. He was Past President of the Society of Municipal Treasurers. He was a long-standing member of CIPFA's Local Government Policy Panel.
